India's 65th Independence Day was celebrated in the Indian Cultural Center in Budapest this Sunday evening. The event was attended - at the invitation of Ambassador Malay Mishra - by members of the diplomatic corsp and those of the Indian community in Hungary. The guest of honor of the celebration was Hungarian Foreign Minister János Martonyi. In the famework of the celebration, an exhibition on Mahatma Gandhi was also opened.

Vodafone to become state mobile service provider

In 2014 and 2015, all Hungarian state institutions will use Vodafone as their mobile service provider. The net value of the framework contract is HUF 4.5 billion (EUR 15 million), three times higher as Telenor received for the previous two years of services.
