Culture is the cohesive force that binds together a nation through both space and history, Minister for Human Resources Zoltán Balog said on Wednesday on Hungarian Culture Day at a gala program involving all national cultural institutions.

The Hungarian Ministry of Human Resources (EMMI) has issued a statement on Minister Zoltán Balog’s trip to China this week. Minister Balog signed a bilateral cultural cooperation agreement with in the Chinese capital, Beijing this Tuesday.

The Hungarian Minister of National Resources, Miklós Réthelyi resigned from his post this week and the State Seretary for Social Inclusion in another ministry, Zoltán Balog was nominated as the new minister by Prime Minister Viktor Orbán.
