The ambassador of the Republic of Poland to, Roman Kowalski, has been awarded the 'Antall József Prize' named after the first democratically elected prime minister (1990-1993) of Hungary. The award was handed over by the widow of the late prime minister.

Hungary kicks off football year to a bad start

In the debut of its new coach, Attila Pintér, Hungary's national football team lost 1-2 to Finland in a friendly game in Gyõr, NW Hungary. The two sides will also meet in Group F of the qualification campaign for the 2016 European Football Championships starting this September.
