MOL subsidiary finds oil in Croatia

Croatian energy group INA has announced that it has made a new oil discovery with exploratory well Deletovci-1 Zapad within the oil field Privlaka near the town of Vinkovci. The latest tests show daily oil production of around 600 barrels per day.

The U.S. ambassador to Libya, Christopher Stevens, has been killed in the second largest Libyan city of Benghazi in an attack by Islamist rebels. His car was reportedly attacked, killing him and two bodyguards. a fourth US citizen also died in Benghazi.
