The British Embassy in Budapest has released a statement to announce that Ms. Theresa Bubbear has been appointed Chargé d'Affaires Ad Interim to Hungary. She took up her appointment on April 27, 2015. There is also a new Deputy Head of Mission.

The Hungarian Ministry of Foreign Affaars and Trade has knowledge of 58 Hungarin citizens who were in the area when the earthquake hit Nepal on Saturday and still has not managed to make contact with 10 of them this Monday, the Minister said.

The MummyWorld Exhibition at the Hungarian Natural History Museum in Budapest was added the mummy of a Hungarian physician's young son who died in diphtheria 150 years ago. Human mummies from five continents are on display until May 17.
