Legendary Hungarian footballer Grosics passes away

The goalkeeper of the legendary Hungarian national soccer side of the late 1940s and early 1950s (the 'Golden Team'), Gyula Grosics passed away this Friday at the age of 88. He was Olympic champion in 1952 and World Cup runner up in 1954.

In the debut of its new coach, Attila Pintér, Hungary's national football team lost 1-2 to Finland in a friendly game in Gyõr, NW Hungary. The two sides will also meet in Group F of the qualification campaign for the 2016 European Football Championships starting this September.
