Five hundred trees will be planted in the capital by Budapest's first and exclusively electric car fleet, GreenGo, in cooperation with the 10 million Tree Foundation.
According to the GreenGo's announcement, on the occasion of their 4th birthday, they will green the capital by planting 500 trees. With this, they want to compensate for the CO2 emissions of roughly 500 non-electric community cars involved in traffic in Budapest.
In November 2016, GreenGo launched with 45 cars, over the past four years its fleet has expanded to 300 electric cars, area coverage has increased, keyless entry has been introduced, and this year the service was also launched in Prague, where they are present with 200 cars, they wrote the Hungarian state news agency MTI on Wednesday.
