65 patients have died in the past three days in Hungary, bringing the total official number of deaths related to the new coronavirus infection in this country to 46,266, according to the related government information website.
Since Friday, 2,183 new cases of coronavirus infection have been confirmed, which means the total number of identified infections since the start of the outbreak is 1,903,200.
The number of people cured is now 1,808,061, while the number of active infected has fallen to 48,873. 1,310 patients with coronavirus are in hospital, 40 of whom are on ventilators.
The number of vaccinated persons is 6,407,042, of whom 6,193,238 are on their second, 3,865,508 on their third and 289,852 on their fourth vaccination.
The website added that in view of the favorable epidemiological situation, data will be communicated weekly from May onwards, with the next communication next week.
