Sziget Festival Welcomes 11 Millionth Visitor

A Hungarian girl living in Oman became the 11 millionth visitor in the history of the Sziget Festival, and was welcomed at the entrance on the closing day of the event on Monday.

Emília Panna Kormos said that this was her first time at Sziget. The young lady, who was greeted by a crowd of photographers, arrived at the festival with her aunt.

The high school student said that she came to the festival primarily for the evening concert by Chappell Roan, the main performer on the closing day, and arrived in the early afternoon to explore Sziget.

The lucky 11 millionth visitor received a Sziget lifetime pass and a gift package from the organizers.

The 10 millionth visitor to the Sziget Festival, now in its 31st year, was also a Hungarian woman in 2023.
