The 2016 World Championship in Spaghetti Bridge Building (organized since 2011) took place at the Óbuda University in Budapest's 3rd district. The winner in the Bridge category was the Technical University of Cluj-Napoca from Romania, while the Support category title went to the Technical University of Riga from Latvia.
