This year, the Budapest Beer Week (BPBW) 2018 International Beer Festival will be held for the first time in the Hungarian capital from May 20 to 27 with 160 different beers of more than 40 international craft breweries from 16 countries.
BPBW communication director Márton Sefcsik noted at the press conference that - based on ticket purchases, so far -, half of the festival visitors are likely to come from abroad, including Britain, Holland, Russia and overseas.
The festival director, Péter Pazinczár emphasized that seven breweries will represent the United Kingdom and the participating 14 Hungarian breweries will jointly create the beer of the festival.
