WABERER’S INTERNATIONAL has announced on the website of the Budapest Stock Exchange that its Board of Directors of the Company has approved the signing of a sale and purchase agreement by WSZL Automotív Ltd. (member of Waberer's Group) with Sidbury Property Ltd. for the purchase of a 135,000 square meter plot of land in the area of Ecser.
The purchase price of the land is EUR 4.3 million + VAT. The land will be used for warehouse center construction supporting the operations of the Regional Contract Logistics Segment (RCL). The entry into force of the sale and purchase agreement is subject to additional technical and financial conditions.
Zsolt Barna, CEO of Waberer's commented by saying that “the logistics center development is one of the pillars of our announced medium-term strategy and will generate a significant contribution to improving the competitiveness of our regional contract logistics (RCL) segment and to the modernization of our warehouse bases.”
