The company has been commissioned to supply more than 150 low-voltage power distribution units for new offices in the residential and office building development Dürer Park located next to the City Park in Budapest.

As part of the Dürer Park project, a 3.7-hectare area adjacent to Ajtósi Dürer Avenue in District XIV is being completely renovated. The deteriorated properties will be replaced by two office buildings and three residential buildings. Nearly 41,000 square meters of net office space will be created in the first phase and a total of 207 next-generation apartments in the second phase, along with approximately 11,000 square meters of green space between the buildings. Some parts of the old buildings, which were built at the end of the 19th century, will be preserved and renovated during the construction, and will become an integral part of the modern, multifunctional complex.

To ensure adequate energy efficiency and modern electrical power supply for the office buildings, Siemens Plc. provided the low-voltage distribution system, which was implemented by their manufacturing partners.

During the two-phase electrical implementation, Siemens delivered the switching devices and structural components for a total of more than 90 distribution panels for the energy distribution of the office building and communal areas (e.g., service rooms, elevators, stairwells). Additionally, Siemens supplied components for more than 60 sub-distribution panels, which will ensure energy distribution for areas configured according to tenant requirements.

Siemens' comprehensive solutions are not only present in the new office park being built in Zugló but for example also in the MOL Campus building, which was completed in December 2022 and is considered Budapest's tallest office building. The entire medium- and low-voltage power distribution system of the complex is provided by Siemens devices. Siemens technology was also chosen for the fire protection and alarm systems. Additionally, Siemens solutions ensure room automation, as well as cooling and heating technology, to provide energy efficiency and comfort.
