Budapest-based ANY Security Printing Company Plc.'s net sales for 2024 increased by 27% year-on-year to more than HUF 70.5 billion, the company announced on the website of the Budapest Stock Exchange.
Among strategic products, card production and personalization sales grew 50% compared to 2023, while sales of security products and solutions increased 25%. Export sales increased by HUF 10 billion to HUF 39.5 billion. This represents 56% of total turnover.
Africa was again the most important export market last year, but ANY's products were also sold in 20 countries in Europe. Security Printing's innovative products were also successful in Asia and South America. The Group's EBITDA amounted to HUF 13 billion and 245 million and the consolidated operating result to HUF 10 billion and 829 million. Earnings per share reached a new high of HUF 552.
"The Group's growth has continued and exports are a key factor in this. Passports and accessories supplied by ANY are the drivers of growth. The quality of these products is guaranteed by the outstanding expertise of our employees and by our new state-of-the-art investments. We use state-of-the-art technology to produce the travel documents whose security solutions have won the Printing House accolades and orders. The Board of Directors has also decided on further improvements and investments, however, the majority of the profit will be distributed to our shareholders, and we will propose to the General Meeting that the dividend should be HUF 450", Gábor Zsámboki Zsámboki, CEO of ANY Security Printing House Plc., added to the 2024 Annual Report.
