Hungarian participation at Fruit Logistica

Hungary is represented by producers, processors, traders, research institutions and consultants at the "Fruit Logistica" international exhibition and fair in Berlin, the Hungarian Fruit and Vegetable Interprofessional Organisation (FruitVeB) announced.

Hungary's largest agricultural trading partner is Germany that receives 20% of Hungary's fruit and vegetable exports. Within the total Hungarian agrarian exports to Germany, fruits and vegetables represent about one-third.

As FruitVeb points out, based on international sales trends in the recent years, German consumers like Hungarian fruits and vegetables, and the produczs made thereof. Therefore, Hungary will continue to gave the possibility to expand the scope and quantity of fruit and vegetable products to Germany in the future.
