The real estate broker Duna House Group is to continue operations as DH Group, with a revamped image and a new website, MTI reported on Monday.
The company says its name is expected to officially change at the general assembly in November.
Duna House, founded as a family business in 1998, has long outgrown the Hungarian Duna House brand, DH Group co-founder and CEO Guy Dymschiz said, adding that it already operates several sub-brands such as Credipass, Metrohouse or Primse.com. Today, it is primarily an international financial group, he said.
The DH Group is active in four European countries with a network of more than 5,000 employees. More than 70pc of its consolidated revenue comes from foreign markets and more than 80pc of its adjusted EBITDA is generated in the financial intermediation segment, they said in the statement.
In line with its strategy outlined until 2029, the DH Group will enter 2-4 new European markets and make 3-5 strategic acquisitions, they added.
