AKKO Invest Plc. said in a statement on the website of the Budapest Stock Exchange on Monday that its wholly owned subsidiary, NEO Property Services Plc., participated as a bidder in the open EU tender announced by MÁV Track Operation Plc., a subsidiary of MÁV Hungarian Railways, for a strategic public procurement tender for a framework agreement for building construction.
The framework agreement has a total budget of HUF 23.4 billion for the three tender sections for the duration of the framework agreements (36 months).
Upon completion of the tender, on February 13, 2026, NEO Property Services Plc. was announced as the winner in all three tender parts.
The framework agreements may be concluded with MÁV Track Operation Plc., the entity responsible for the implementation, after the expiry of the contract moratorium, i.e. after February 23. The conclusion of the contracts does not constitute an automatic order, sthe statement said.
If contracts are concluded after the expiry of the moratorium, AKKO Invest Plc. will inform the public in a separate announcement.
