Aero Space Power to invest HUF 2Bn in expansion

Hungarian maintenance, repair and overhaul (MRO) company Aero Space Power will invest HUF 2 billion at its base in Kisvárda (NE Hungary) to build a new production hall in order to expand its portfolio.

Aero Space Power is a rapidly growing company with a primary focus on providing MRO solutions to the aviation and power industry. The firm provides superior manufacturing solutions, extensive engine component overhaul, and repair services to the world’s major turbine manufacturers and MRO providers.

Hungarian taxpayers support the investment, which is expected to raise headcount over 250, with HUF half a billion with a government decision.

At the announcement ceremony, the company signed a long-term cooperation agreement with US aircraft engine supplier GE Aerospace, which includes a repair licence for four aircraft engine components.
