A Hungarian Global Leader at Boston Consulting Group

The Boston Consulting Group (BCG), one of the world’s leading management consulting firms, has announced the appointment of Zsófia Beck, Managing Director and Partner at the Budapest office and also the head of the Energy Practice Area in Central and Eastern Europe, as the Global Lead of BCG’s Integrated Power Segment.

According to a BCG press release, Zsófia Beck will now be responsible globally for electricity and gas networks in addition to power generation. Zsófia Beck became head of BCG’s integrated energy and utilities segment in the spring of 2025, and her new appointment expands upon this role.

BCG works with the world’s leading companies and organizations across numerous industries; its revenue in 2025 was USD 14.4 billion. It employs 33,500 people globally. The company has been present in Hungary since 1997.
