István Szászi, head of the Bosch Group in Hungary and the Adria Region, received the 2025 Manager of the Year Award, while Sándor Csányi, chairman of OTP Bank, was honored with the 2025 Manager of the Year Lifetime Achievement Award, the National Association of Managers announced to MTI on Monday.
The Managers’ Association held the Manager of the Year Awards ceremony for the 31st time.

The 2025 recipient of the Young Manager of the Year Award is Bence Buday, Deputy CEO of Wallis Asset Management Zrt.
The 2025 recipient of the Special Award for Manager of the Year for an Environmentally Conscious Economy is Ákos Lukács, Partner for Climate Change and Sustainability Services at EY Hungary.
The 2025 recipient of the Special Award for Manager of the Future is Gábor Honti, CEO of EHISZ Zrt.
The 2025 recipient of the Special Award for Manager of the Year for Business Culture is József Keleti, CEO of United Platform.
The beneficiary of this year’s charity fundraiser at the 31st Manager of the Year Awards Gala was the HiSchool Foundation, according to the National Association of Managers.
