B+N Group, a leading facility management services provider in Central and Eastern Europe, is continuing its operations and international growth under a new brand name: LIWO Group. The rebrand introduces a single, internationally recognizable name to support the group’s expansion and brand-building activities across Europe. The company is currently present in nine European countries.
As of March 1, 2026, B+N Group operates under one international brand, LIWO Group. The change reflects the company’s track record and international ambitions; it does not involve any change in ownership, governance, or day-to-day operations. The new brand is intended to strengthen the group’s market positioning and support further development in existing and new markets. The name LIWO is inspired by the company’s former slogan, “We are working for a more liveable world.” The acronym captures that idea and expresses the group’s commitment to creating a more liveable environment through responsible, sustainable operations.
Hungarian-owned and headquartered, LIWO Group is a full-service facility management provider with more than 30 years of experience. Its Hungarian subsidiary, B+N Hungary Ltd., employs nearly 16,000 people, making it one of Hungary’s three largest employers. In recent years, the group has grown into a leading facility management player in Central Europe. It now operates outside Hungary through subsidiaries in Germany, Italy, Poland, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Slovenia, Romania, Bulgaria, employing nearly 30,000 people in total. The group is supported by a strong domestic and regional logistics network, a central warehouse base and a stable operating infrastructure.
Across the group, facility management services are delivered at approximately 21,000 locations. The service portfolio includes technical operations, industrial and specialist cleaning, security services, and green space management. LIWO Group’s market-leading position is built on a stable team of professionals, standardised and audited processes, and an engineering-supported service model.
Innovation and technological development are key priorities. The group’s professional performance is backed by numerous international certifications and industry awards. Unique in Hungary’s facility management sector, LIWO operates an independent research and development function and dedicated training centres, supporting continuous service improvement and quality assurance. The company is also among the global leaders in autonomous cleaning solutions: according to the FieldBots Radar 2025 international survey, it operates the world’s 8th-largest cleaning robot fleet.
LIWO Group’s operations are guided by sustainability, social responsibility, and a strong focus on labour market integration. Its automated, transparent, and regularly audited processes — combined with a quality-driven service model — provide a stable foundation for long-term international growth.
B+N Hungary Ltd., the group’s subsidiary responsible for operations in Hungary, will continue to operate under its existing name.
