Zwack Unicum Plc. informed its shareholders on the website of the Budapest Stock Exchange this Wednesday that the personnel changes in the Management of the Company that were projected in the company's announcement of January 21, 2025 –including a change in the position of CEO – have taken place.
Chief Executive Officer Frank Odzuck and Deputy Chief Executive Officer and Chief Financial Officer Tibor András Dörnyei went into retirement as of June 30, 2025. Director of Production and Technology László Seprős went into retirement as of March 31, 2025.
As of 1 July 2025, Csaba Belovai, the Company’s former Commercial and Export Director, replaced Frank Odzuck in the position of Chief Executive Officer, and György Guttengeber, the Company’s former Head of Controlling and former Head of Logistics, replaced András Tibor Dörnyei in the position of Deputy Chief Executive Officer and Chief Financial Officer.
As of 1 April 2025, Sándor Attila Kocsi, the Company’s former Technical Manager replaced László Seprős in the position of Director of Production and Technology. As of July 1, 2025, Amanda Farkas, the Company’s former Export Manager, replaced Csaba Belovai in the position of Commercial and Export Director.
In addition to the above changes, in May 2025 the Company and Marketing Director Dávid Gábor Kovács agreed that his employment relation would be discontinued as of August 18, 2025.
