The real estate development firm CORDIA International Ingatlanfejlesztő Zártkörűen Működő Részvénytársaság has informed investors on the website of the Budapest Stock Exchange in relation to CORDIA 2026/I HUF Kötvény and CORDIA 2030/I HUF Kötvény ('Cordia Bond') about converting the company to Societas Europea private company limited by shares.
As the statement points out, CORDIA's Board of Directors approved the Conversion Plan to convert the Company from private company limited by shares (in Hungarian: zártkörűen működő részvénytársaság) to Societas Europea private company limited by shares (in Hungarian: zártkörűen működő európai részvénytársaság) based on Article 37 of COUNCIL REGULATION (EC) No 2157/2001 on the Statute for a European company (SE) (EC Regulation).
The Conversation Plan is subject to the approval of the General Meeting. According to Article 37 (5) of the EC Regulation the Conversion Plan will be published in the Company Gazette.
