DBH Serviced Office will now operate under the name DBH Flex, and Michael P. Smithing, a long-time key player in the Central and Eastern European office market, has been appointed to head the company.

The new direction will be led by Michael P. Smithing, who, with more than three decades of experience, is a key player in the Hungarian and international office market. Michael spent 25 years at Colliers in Budapest and Singapore, where he led the most experienced team in the market. Since 2019, he has been working on transforming the flex office market.
