MOM Park: Facility and Property Management in One Hand

From this fall, Icon Real Estate Management Ltd. will be responsible for the facility management (FM) and property management (PM) of the MOM Park commercial and business center. The aim of the change of model is to ensure a flexible and efficient service to clients at the usual high level, in line with the center’s characteristics and prestige, and in line with the constantly changing market conditions, according to the company’s press release.

ICON is no stranger to the field, having already performed PM-related tasks and been involved in the FM line of business at MOM Park as a subcontractor prior to the model change. With the launch of the integrated service under one roof, the company hopes to further improve the quality of its services by exploiting the potential of the cooperation between the two areas.

"The change of model is a major professional challenge for ICON, but we plan to make it easier for MOM Park tenants to find quick and efficient answers to their questions and solutions to their needs," ICON's Managing Director, Gábor Nagy points out.

Owner satisfaction is based on tenant satisfaction, and this is not easy to achieve in MOM Park, which is a multifunctional facility where the office and retail areas require different treatment and care, the press release says.

The model change came into force on September 5.
