The Canadian-listed energy company, which specializes in unconventional oil and gas exploration, is to move its technical operations from Denver, Colorado in the United States to the company's existing office Budapest in the coming months.
The primary technical function controlling operations in Northern Australia and South Africa will shift to the company's well established Hungarian office in Budapest where the company operates exploration and producing interests. The company’s Hungarian subsidiary is the TXM Olaj és Gázkutató Kft. (TXM Oil and Gas Exploration Ltd.)
Falcon holds almost 15 million acres in three major exploration projects in Hungary, Australia and South Africa. Falcon’s corporate headquarters, also in Denver, will be moved to Dublin, Ireland.
