Hungary-based TriGranit Management has established a new company in the United Arab Emirates, TGM Consultants (Dubai) FZ LLC, as part of its endeavour to actively pursue new property/facility management and leasing mandates.
As the financial website portfolio.hu reports, in the last 12 months, the company entered the Romanian, Bulgarian, Macedonian, Armenian and Chinese markets. TriGránit is probably the first European-style real estate consultancy firm doing business in the Caucasus-region.
TGM will open the second mall in Yerevan in the first quarter of 2014, tapping a market that has a huge growth potential. Additionally, TriGránit Management is now also active in China, taking on projects there in a number of cities.
The number of countries within the TGM network grows to 14 by the setting up of the new company in Dubai.
"The Middle East is offering huge expansion potential for TGM. Doha, for instance, will host the Football World Cup in 2022, which creates opportunities, particularly in facility management consultancy," the CEO of TriGranit Management Corp., Philip Evans commented.
"Dubai will host Expo 2020, and Abu Dhabi continues to expand at breakneck speed. We firmly believe that there is room in the market for a Real Estate Consultancy firm of our caliber," he added.
