Businessman László Baldauf, the founder of the CBA retail store chain in Hungary, has confirmed to the news agency 'Független Hírügynökség' that seven CBA stores (two of them in Budapest) would be taken over by the German retailer Lidl.
As learned portfolio.hu before, Lidl declared at the Hungarian Competition Authority earlier this week that it would take over the right of managing seven stores from CBA.
