The Hungarian Association of Executives has held the Manager of the Year Awards for the 29th time and the Manager of the Year Award 2023 has been awarded to Radovan Jelasity, CEO of Erste Bank.
The Hungarian Association of Executives awards the prize to an outstanding top manager on the basis of his or her outstanding business and management achievements in the previous year, who has not only focused on business success in his or her career, but has also demonstrated over many years a sense of social responsibility that can serve as an example for all.
The 2023 recipient of the Manager of the Year Lifetime Achievement Award is Erik Bogsch, Chairman and CEO of Richter Gedeon Plc. while Beáta Juvancz, Managing Director of BlackRock, is the 2023 recipient of the Women Manager of the Year Special Award.
Norbert Fogarasi, Managing Director of Morgan Stanley Hungary Analysis Ltd. and Head of the Budapest office, is the 2023 recipient of the Special Award for Manager of the Year for Society. Tímea Jamniczky, CEO of JCDecaux Hungary, is the winner of the Blue Innovation Special Award 2023.
The Young Manager of the Year Award 2023 went to Márk Szabados, Managing Director of Mogyi Kft.
Anita Simon, Deputy CEO of ALTEO Plc., responsible for sustainability and circular economy, was awarded the Special Award for the Environmentally Conscious Economy 2023, while Bálint Fazekas, owner-Managing Director of Euronics/Vöröskő Ltd., was awarded the Special Award for the Manager of the Future 2023.
