Investment expert Csaba Kilián has been named as the new General Secretary of the Association of the Hungarian Automotive Industry (MGSZ). He has long been involved with the industry during his activities as investment promotion director.
The main tasks for Csaba Kilián include the further strengthening of governmental relations for the Association, achieving media presence that mirrors the weight of MGSZ members in the national economy, as well as the further expansion of the MGSZ membership.

than 20 years, Csaba Kilián worked for the Hungarian government investment
promotion and trade development agency (ITDH) at various positions. As investment
director, his main task was to manage foreign direct investments.
He was the chief
negotiator at talks aimed at bringing to Hungary several large-scale production
investments such as Daimler, Denso, Ibiden, Bridgestone, Hankook Tire, Asahi
Glass, Samsung, Exxon Mobil, MorganStanley, Delphi, Audi, Visteon or Sanyo.
As Investment
Director and CEO of ITDH, he held a number of international conferences or lectures
organized by the agency and other events in various countries around the world.
In recognition of his activities in the development of the Hungarian supply industry
and his investment promotion activities, he was awarded state honors on several
occasions.
