The Indian automotive industry supplier Samvardhana Motherson Group (SMG) is building a new factory hall in Kecskemét and is also developing its other sites in Hungary with an investment of HUF 5.6 billion.
The investment will cover SMG’s plants in Győr, Mosonmagyaróvár and Mosonszolnok, in northern Hungary, and Túrkeve, in eastern Hungary. The Hungarian government is covering close to 40% of the investment costs, that is HUF 2.1 billion.
