HR service provider Prohuman has further strengthened its presence in the Central and Eastern European region, following its expansion in Serbia and now it wants to put its Slovenian subsidiary on a growth path, the Hungarian-owned HR service provider has told MTI.
According to the statement, Prohuman is active in seven countries – Hungary, Romania, Slovenia, Germany, Austria, Croatia and Serbia. It has almost 1,000 clients in Hungary and, together with its foreign subsidiaries, several thousand clients and provides work for around 20,000 people a day. Prohuman provides the largest number of employees to manufacturing, production and industrial companies in Hungary and abroad.
The statement quoted Csongor Juhász, managing director and co-founder of Prohuman, as saying that the company aims to become the leading HR service provider in the region by 2024, after having been the market leader in Hungary. Already among the top five providers in Romania and Slovenia, they are active in Germany, Austria and Croatia, while their presence in Serbia has just been further strengthened with the acquisition of HR provider CityScope. In Slovenia, they will now continue to operate under the name Prohuman Slovenia.
He also pointed out that the Slovenian and Hungarian labor markets have many common features, such as the persistent and deep labor shortages. This change has put the work of HR service providers in both Hungary and Slovenia even more in the spotlight, he added.
Prohuman Group is a dynamically growing complex HR services company with more than 20 years of experience in the Central and Eastern European region. Last year, the combined turnover of Prohuman and its partner companies exceeded HUF 115 billion, and HUF 95 billion in 2021.
