Provident Financial Ltd. has reached another milestone: it has officially opened its 20th customer service center in Hungary, located in District IX, which is also the company’s second customer service center in Budapest.
The company says that thanks to the new customer service center, residents of South Pest and the surrounding metropolitan area can access Provident’s services even more quickly and conveniently. Customers can manage their finances in one place, whether they’re applying for a loan, signing a contract, or requesting information.
Both the disbursement and repayment of loans applied for at Provident’s customer service centers are handled via bank transfer. At these centers, customers can manage their financial affairs in one place, from applying for a loan to signing a contract.
“The opening of our twentieth customer service center is an important milestone in Provident’s history. This new location was inspired by feedback from our customers and our observation that there continues to be a high demand for in-person service. It is important to us that our customers can handle all their matters quickly and conveniently in one place, whether it involves applying for a loan, signing a contract, requesting information, or other administrative tasks. Our goal is to provide them with the best possible customer experience,” Provident Financial Ltd. CEO Viktor Boczán said.
With the opening of this new customer service center, Provident now offers in-person service at 20 locations nationwide, further reinforcing its commitment to high-quality customer service and service development tailored to customer needs.
The company’s customer-centric approach was recently validated by a double victory in the “Excellence in Customer Service” competition: Provident took first place in both the in-person and telephone customer service categories in the Excellent Service Program competition. In 2026, the financial services provider was among the award winners for the 12th time.
