PwC Hungary and Budapest University of Economics and Business (BGE) have signed a strategic agreement, confirming the decades-long cooperation between the two partners, the university informed MTI on Monday.
The cooperation covers several areas, such as professional courses, corporate internships, job fairs, and career counseling. PwC experts are actively involved in theoretical and practical education, giving guest lectures and workshops. The financial advisory firm provides internships for students during their university years and entry-level positions after their final exams.
In the announcement, László Radványi, CEO of PwC Hungary, reported that over the past three decades, nearly 3,000 BGE students or graduates have joined the company.
It is of paramount importance to BGE that its students receive not only the highest standard of theoretical training but also practical knowledge that will give them direct access to the labor market, the rector of the university, György Andor, emphasized in the announcement.
