The Annual General Meeting of Rába Járműipari Holding Plc. on Friday approved the report of the company's Board of Directors on the company's operations last year. According to the consolidated accounts, Rába's sales revenue amounted to HUF 64.3 billion, 38.6 % higher than in 2021, the Győr-based vehicle manufacturer said on Friday, MTI reported.
Earnings before interest, tax, depreciation and amortization (EBITDA) increased by 6 % to HUF 4.6 billion last year compared to the previous year, the second highest result in the last ten years.
Operating profit increased by 3 % compared to 2021, exceeding HUF 2 billion last year.
Rába Group's overall result for the year under review was HUF 1.6 billion, 27 % higher than in 2021.
However, the net financial result exceeded a loss of HUF 1 billion, after a loss of HUF 209 million in 2021.
The business portfolio of Rába Járműipari Holding Plc. consists of four independent, interrelated business units: the chassis, components, vehicle and engine business units.
The company is highly export-oriented, with strategic export markets in the European Union, Japan and the United States of America.
