The sales revenue of Rekard LLC. already exceeded the level of the previous year, albeit by a small extent, by 1.2%. Rába Vehicle Ltd. achieved a solid increase in sales, amounting to a 11.5% increase.

The balance of other income and expenses shows a profit of HUF 2,753 million in H1 of 2025, against the profit of HUF 37 million during the same period of the previous year. The operating profit for H1 of 2025, significantly exceeding that of the base period, amounted to HUF 2,697 million. The substantial increase is caused by the sale of the real estate item, without which the profit from operating activities is minimal: the group-level adjusted operating profit amounted to HUF 69 million.

In terms of the subsidiaries, Rába Axle Ltd. managed to achieve an operating result exceeding that of the base period (+HUF 268 million), the other three manufacturing subsidiaries achieved operating profits below that of the base period.
