On April 3, Adinish opened its first Hungarian showroom with a spectacular event in the presence of several local celebrities and popular influencers, the company said in a statement.
According to the release, this not only made world-famous brands available to families with children in our country, but also a new lifestyle concept. The Romanian company's founders are of the view that the items that become indispensable when children arrive can also be the design elements of a modern, contemporary home. This is reflected in the exclusive showroom in the second district of Budapest, the first, but hardly the last, stage of the company's international expansion.
"In our experience, there are a lot of people who don't want to give up their desire for style, harmony in the home and following interior design trends when they become parents, while the birth of a child naturally brings big changes to their lives. We strive to create this balance of design and functionality with our premium products and inspiring showrooms," Adinish's founding CEO, Adina Foldager said.
The company opened showrooms in Budapest after the Romanian cities of Bucharest, Cluj-Napoca and Timisoara. The 500-sqm store offers a seasonally changing interior design and personalized advice for parents looking for a combination of style and practicality. Adinish's range includes more than 10,000 products from 35 international brands, many of which they are the exclusive distributor. The Budapest showroom features ergonomic strollers from Joolz in the Netherlands, timeless children's furniture from Sebra in Denmark, creative toys from Kidywolf in Belgium, and products from Britax Römer, Leander, Oliver Furniture, Kid's Concept and more.
"In addition to premium quality and high standards in design and functionality, we also make sustainability a priority in our selection. Accordingly, we only work with brands that are at the forefront of social responsibility, with a focus on environmental awareness and ethical production," the CEO added.
As for international expansion, Adina Foldager revealed that Hungary was chosen as their first foreign location because they see many similarities with the Romanian market, which suggests that their unique concept could be successful here too. Adinish has plans to open more stores in Budapest and other major cities in the country in the coming years, but will also use the experience gained here to help select future destinations.
