Despite the pandemic, the Hungarian subsidiary of the Italian phytocosmetics company Vagheggi continued to increase its sales in 2021 after 2020, and saw the time as right to open its first store for its retail customers. In addition, an ultra-modern training center was inaugurated to provide increasingly innovative training for Vagheggi Beauty's specialist/cosmetic partners.
Vagheggi SpA., which distributes 100% Italian-made phytocosmetics products, is present in 42 countries worldwide. Its Hungarian subsidiary, which is the first and still the only one, has undergone a lot of development since its foundation in 2013 and has improved its sales by more than 32% in the last two years.
The Hungarian firm, Vagheggi Ltd. has also been steadily growing its customer base, who have been introduced to its products, mainly in the form of treatments, by Vagheggi beauticians and have been able to purchase them through them or through the webshop. To complement this, the company has reached a new level of development, following the example of the reference store in Italy and to coincide with the second anniversary of its opening, the first 300-sqm store and training center in Hungary has opened in the basement of the Green Court Office building in Budapest.
"I believe that we were able to stabilize our own economic situation during the epidemic thanks to our digital readiness, our ability to adapt and our positive approach. We have tried to turn the obstacles we faced into opportunities, and to use the period of constraints not to shut down but to build," the Managing Director and co-owner of Vagheggi Ltd., Alessandro Farina, explains.
The company, which now has more than 800 cosmetic/beauty professional phytocosmetics partners, is constantly training its Vagheggi Beauty specialists/cosmetic partners and, in its webshop, adds new products to the already well-known Vagheggi range of phytocosmetics every year, using active ingredients and technologies in line with the latest international trends.
