Energotest Diagnostics and Automatization Ltd. will develop a vehicle diagnostic software based on AI and blockchain-based data management with a HUF 248.5 million European union grant, the company said on Friday.
The software will revolutionise the visual, preventive inspection of lighting elements, chassis, steering, exhaust systems, tires and other suspension elements by integrating IoT devices and cameras, as well as artificial intelligence-based decision support, Energotest said in a statement.
Energotest's products support vehicle technical testing in several countries from the United Kingdom to India, adapted to the local regulatory and technological environment.
The project is scheduled to close at the end of 2027.
Energotest had net sales revenue of HUF 1.9 billion in 2024, according to publicly available information.
