WABERER’S INTERNATIONAL Plc., the European leader in full truckload (FTL) transportation, has announced on the website of the Budapest Stock Eschange (BUX) that according to Resolution No. 340/2017 of the Chief Executive Officer of the Budapest Stock Exchange, its series “A” dematerialised, registered ordinary shares are to be included in the BUX basket with a weight of 0.91%.
The new composition of the BUX basket will become effective as of September 18, 2017.
