Firefighters from the Veszprém County Disaster Management Directorate and the Pápa Professional Fire Brigade were happy to comply with the request, as they know this special experience can help the little boy, who is soon celebrating his birthday, to fully recover. Bence could walk around the entire barracks, test how high he could go up on the platform, see how the brave firefighters were sliding down the ladder and setting off to protect lives and property. On top of the unusual experience, the little boy was given lots and lots of firefighter gifts, he could try on a deployment suit and put on a hat – he could be a real commander for a couple of hours.
