Art Days in the Mátra Hill Region

The Music in the Forest - Mátra Art Days series of events was launched this Saturday in the village of Gyöngyöspata in the Mátra Hill, northeast of Budapest.

The program series awaits those interested with classical and folk music concerts, guided forest walks and sports programs at different venues until July 12.

According to the announcement earlier this week by the organizer 'Muzsikál az Erdő Alapítvány' (Musical Forest Foundation), the programs also include classical and folk music concerts, guided forest walks, educational lectures, exhibitions, forest sports events, rural hospitality offering local food, children's programs, a sustainable farming demonstration, as well as local products and local values. An important element of the series of events is the informal conversation following the concerts.
