The Duchess rooftop bar, located on the top of the Matild Palace, a Luxury Collection Hotel, offering one of the most beautiful views in the capital, is preparing unforgettable events for this summer. On July 13, Budapest’s most elegant and glamorous evening, the White Party is held with a vibrant atmosphere, a DJ and special cocktail creations.

Participants are expected to arrive in their most striking white attire! The fireworks on August 20^th will also be one of the highlights of the summer, as The Duchess terrace provides the best view of the Danube and Europe's biggest fireworks show, a hotel statement says.

It adds that ffter passing through a hidden corridor of Matild Palace, Budapest's first lift takes you up to the roof, where you can see the magnificent view of Elisabeth Bridge, the Danube below, the night sky glistening on the water. In the atmosphere of The Duchess, this sparkle of Budapest nights meets a sense of sophistication and luxury. And to top it all off, the cocktails are superbly composed. The rooftop bar now invites you to a special event: on the July 13, guests arrive in their most beautiful white attire to the White Party, and the mood is set by a big-name guest DJ. Toasting with the finest champagnes, tasting The Duchess's cocktail creations, dancing, socialising or simply enjoying the view - a fierce and unforgettable night is guaranteed.

The surprises at The Duchess don't end here, following the White Party, the bar's newest summer cocktails will debut on July 15. The new drinks menu represents a summer-feel concept offering a variety of flavours for cocktail lovers. The new cocktails have been designed according to guests' preferences and wishes, so most of them feature fruity flavours and evoke summer in their presentation and colours. From the terrace of The Duchess, you can see one of the most beautiful sunsets on the Danube in Budapest, and the new summer cocktails are like the last, most beautiful rays of the sun in your glass.

The new cocktail menu retains big guest favourites like The Royal Misbehave and Babushka. The maracuja flavor of The Royal Misbehave and the unique flavor of the Babushka cocktail with beetroot vodka and Earl Grey tea were so popular that the bar decided to keep them besides the new cocktails.  The newest favourite candidates include the Mylady, which is sure to be one of the most popular drinks due to its fruity flavours combined with rosé wine. And if guests are looking for a refreshing cocktail, the Mariposa will prove to be a great choice thanks to its sparkling bubbles and tequila flavour. New flavors are constantly being developed at The Duchess and are always evolving according to seasonality, the newest trends and of course guests' preferences.
