Charity Gourmet Cheese Trip to France

The Budapest Hotel Le Meridien and the Csodalámpa (Magic Lamp) Foundation welcomes all wine lovers and gourmets to the Le Bourbon restaurant of the hotel for a charity journey of taste to the land of French cheese.

For the first time in its existence, the hotel Le Meridien Budapest does not only provide a great dinner and company but this time, the participants help with registration fees to make the dreams of ‘Magic Lamp children’ come true.

For the event staring at 19.00 hours April 4th, 2011, French cheese master Gerard Poulard is to bring more than a hundred different kinds of cheese from all over France. The most famous traveling envoy of the French cheese empire will help guests to taste the products of small producers and experience how these cheeses harmonize with excellent Hungarian wines.
