Foreign ministers of the Visegrád Four (V4) and Eastern Partnership countries meet in Budapest to discuss the Partnership’s future as well as preparations for the Eastern Partnership’s November summit as the central points.
The meeting will end with a working lunch devoted to the expansion of energy infrastructure linking EU and Eastern Partnership countries, and to Eastern Partnership financing in the Multiannual Financial Framework 2020-2027, the Polish Ministry of Foreign affairs has told the Polish news agency PAP.
Meetings of foreign ministers of the Visegrád Group and Eastern Partnership are traditionally held during each presidency of the Visegrad Group. The annual presidency of the V4 was taken over by Hungary this July.
