Compared to its very high January level, the GKI economic sentiment index adjusted for seasonal effects decreased by a rate that has not been seen for a year. According to the empirical survey conducted by the Hungarian economic research institute GKI with the support of the EU, economic expectations deteriorated in all sectors and among consumers as well. However, they still reflect an optimistic mood.
