The Hungarian stock exchange closed December trading with HUF 194 billion turnover and the daily average turnover was HUF 10.2 billion. Compared to December 2016, both numbers exceed the current value (178 and 8.5 billion forints).
In 2017, the average annual
turnover was HUF 10.7 billion, an increase of 17.5% compared to 2016. Of the
blue chips in December, only the price of OTP could rise, the premium category
CIG Pannonia and PannErgy and the standard price of Altera showed remarkable
performance in the closing month of 2017.
