Sixty Hungarian companies are represented at ANUGA, one of the world's largest food industry exhibitions, in Cologne, Germany until October 11, 2023, the Agricultural Marketing Center (AMC) told MTI.
According to the information, 27 Hungarian exhibitors resent themselves at the 250 square meter stand of the AMC, while 33 Hungarian companies are present independently.
The companies exhibiting in AMC's joint stands in four pavilions, organized under the themes of beverages, meat, general food, organic, present premium products, including duck and goose products, game meat, honey, various beverages, and in the organic section, sea buckthorn preparations, seed oils and spicy peppers, the press release said.
It was stressed that at the AMC stand, there is a special counter where visitors can learn about the organization's export development strategy, the Hungarian Food Business Program. Potential buyers can immediately register in the program's online catalogue, which effectively connects Hungarian companies wishing to export with potential buyers.
According to AMC, after the first two days, it is clear that the exhibition sector is over the Covid crisis, with exhibitors in Cologne in record numbers and visitor numbers expected to exceed all-time highs.
