New Sales Director at Matild Palace

Matild Palace, a Luxury Collection Hotel Budapest, has announced the appointment of Suzanna Zourabyan as the property’s Director of Sales, effective September 2025.

In this role, she will oversee and coordinate the work of the sales team to ensure the achievement of the hotel’s sales objectives, while also providing effective training and development. As Sales Director, she plays a key role in the preparation and execution of strategic plans aimed at the continued growth and success of the hotel.

Throughout her extensive international career within the Marriott portfolio, Suzanna Zourabyan has gained multifaceted experience across several brands, including the luxury segment at The Ritz-Carlton. She now continues her journey with great enthusiasm at another of Marriott’s prestigious luxury brands, The Luxury Collection, in the iconic and beautiful Matild Palace. In her previous positions in Budapest, Russia, and Armenia, she built strong expertise and an excellent professional reputation in group sales and events among international clients.

Fluent in English, Armenian, German, and Russian, Suzanna Zourabyan brings strong leadership skills, particularly in managing sales teams and driving business development. Based on her outstanding track record, the management of Matild Palace is confident that her appointment as Sales Director will further strengthen the hotel’s market position with both domestic and international guests.
