One of the world's largest logistics companies is moving its domestic operations to Páty, just southwest of the Hungarian capital. DHL Supply Chain 2024, part of the DHL Group, will take possession of its 20,000-square-meter rental property in the 58,000-square-meter HelloParks Páty megapark building at the beginning of next January.

DHL Supply Chain will occupy 20,000 square meters of space in Hall PT1, which will be completed in summer 2023. Together with the company's move, a total of 52,000 square meters have already been rented in PT1, where Drogerie Markt previously set up a flagship regional location on an 18,000-square-meter site.

The warehouse areas in the building are heated by an energy-efficient heat pump system, ensuring environmentally friendly operation. This is supported, among other things, by HelloParks' proprietary mobile app, which provides information to tenants via a link to the halls' intelligent building automation and monitoring system.
